摘要

•Rhesus macaque IL-17A (rhIL-17A) and IL-17F (rhIL-17F) were cloned and expressed in vitro.•Rhesus macaque IL-17A/IL-17F and human IL-17A/IL-17F induced similar NF-κB phosphorylation.•Rhesus macaque IL-17A and IL-17F could induce antimicrobial peptides and tight junction gene transcription by Caco-2 cells.•Recombinant rhIL-17A/IL-17F could also induce TNF-α and IL-6 expression by THP-1 cells.
