Synergistic combination therapy of lung cancer: Cetuximab functionalized nanostructured lipid carriers for the co-delivery of paclitaxel and 5-Demethylnobiletin.

•Combination therapy is an important treatment option for a non-small cell lung cancer.•Cetuximab functionalized nanostructured lipid carriers were engineered.•Paclitaxel and 5-Demethylnobiletin were co-loaded in the nanostructured lipid carriers.•This system could be used as a promising system for the synergistic therapy of lung cancer.
