The fast-paced life of modern metropolises often makes people busy with their lives, working hard for their ideals and accumulating tremendous psychological pressure. The thirst for success has led people to gradually ignore their mental health problems, and people's emotional communication is also decreasing.Although Emotional comfort products on the market fill the gaps in such products in the market to a certain extent, and plays a certain role in promoting emotional stability in the short term, it cannot attract users to use it for a long time. They are often not smart enough, so they require high learning costs; the interaction is relatively simple, so the utilization rate is usually not high. There is a lack of such mental health products in the market that are closely related to the emotional life of the metropolis.We find a method appease emotions by obtain emotional data and interact with the acousto-optic device based on physiological detection, to explore the possibility of effectively and empirically managing emotions. The main functions realized are: monitoring emotions, giving interactive feedback on the sound, and giving interactive feedback on the light.The research was carried out in three stages, using desktop research, key user interviews and other methods to collect analysis and design requirements, using the arduino suite to build prototypes, using questionnaire interviews, scenario reconstruction and other methods to collect improvement suggestions.
