Do Humans STILL Have a Monopoly on Creativity or Is Creativity Overrated?

What is creativity? Do AIs have creativity? This research sets out to answer these questions. By conducting a small-scale user experiment, and quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the data, this work aims to answer the following three research questions: (1) whether human participants can distinguish between AI generated and human composed music; (2) common preconceptions participants have on AI generated music; and (3) common constructs participants associate with human creativity. Our results show that people are not able to tell the difference between human and AI composed music.
