摘要

•Genetic effects were tested on fluticasone propionate/salmeterol efficacy in COPD.•This study used data from 10 clinical studies (n = 2005 subjects) in a GWAS.•Low frequency variants (chromosome 20) associated with SGRQ responses.•No genetic association was detected with change from baseline in trough FEV1.•Common variants do not affect response to fluticasone propionate/salmeterol in COPD.
