Successive monochorionic twin pregnancies after assisted reproductive technology complicated by repeated twin reversed arterial perfusion sequence.

The incidence of the Twin Reversed Arterial perfusion (TRAP) sequence, known as an acardiac twin, is estimated to be around 1 in 10,000 pregnancies . TRAP sequence occurs secondary to vascular communications across a monochorionic placenta. We herein report a case of TRAP sequence repeated after assisted reproductive technology (ART) because such a recurrence has not been reported as far as we know.
