摘要
1.Our data from different centers showed that MGB/OAGB achieves satisfactory weight loss as revisional procedure after failed or complicated LSG and LAGB;2.Percentage of remission from obesity related comorbidities was slightly lower than rates of remission reported after primary MGB/OAGB; this result could be related to the interval of time between the onset of the comorbidity and the MGB/OAGB intervention3.In our groups of patients, primary restrictive surgery did not improve GERD and there was a certain percentage of de novo symptoms. MGB/OAGB seemed to be an effective revisional treatment both for patients with persistence of reflux and for subjects suffering with de novo GERD.
