摘要

•The squareness Q in multi-main-phase Nd-Ce-Fe-B magnets was greatly improved by increasing the Ce content.•The effects of Ce content on the local chemistry and microstructure were revealed.•The underlie mechanism of uniform demagnetization process in multi-main-phase magnets were explained.
