Analysis of images obtained by the transmission electronic microscopy

The purpose of the conducted research is the development of algorithms for analysis of textural images. The software products, which allow us to analyze successfully textures in detail, can be used in different fields of science and industry. We consider images obtained by the transmission electron microscopy. It is possible to analyze materials of organic origin, cuts of metals and minerals, ceramics, etc
