摘要
We have modeled and fabricated a birefringent photonic crystal using only TiO2. The device demonstrates high efficiency for splitting the polarization states of incident light. The fabrication is done using oblique-angle deposition to create alternating high and low refractive index modulation in one dimension. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
