Thermal conductivity and thermal rectification of nanoporous graphene: A molecular dynamics simulation

摘要
•We studied the thermal properties of 2D nanoporous graphene in various situations using molecular dynamics method.•Length and defect concentration dependence of the thermal conductivity were explored.•The thermal rectification in hybrid of nanoporous graphene and graphene was investigated.•The values of the thermal rectification was obtained about 4.6% and 6% for armchair and zigzag directions, respectively.•Underlying mechanism of the thermal rectification was explored through the phonon scattering.
