Monitoring technology of lighting scattered current of transmission tower

Accurate monitoring of lighting impulse scattered current of grounding electrode of transmission can be used to analyze the distribution characteristics of dispersion, which is of guiding significance to the improvement of grounding electrode. Based on the theory of electromagnetic field, a simulation model of tower dissipation is established, which takes into account the influence of soil nonlinear resistance. A multi-point monitoring technology based on magnetoresistive current sensor is developed to monitor the scattered current of transmission tower. Combining the simulation results with the measured results, the impact and divergence characteristics of the tower are studied. A large number of experiments show that the scatter current monitoring technology can effectively monitor the ground scattered current caused by lightning and power frequency overvoltage. The research results are of great significance for analyzing the distribution characteristics of tower divergence and improving the monitoring technology of transmission tower divergence, which can effectively control the safety accidents of person and equipment in the power grid.
