Fabrication of bi-layer photocrosslinked GelMA/PEGDA fibrous membrane for guided bone regeneration materials

•Preparing a GelMA fibrous membrane by electrospining.•Using photo-crosslinking to manufacture a bi-layer GelMA/PEGDA fibrous membrane.•The bi-layer fibrous membrane has better mechanical and degradation properties.•The upper side of bi-layer membrane retard the proliferation of fibroblast.•The lower side of bi-layer membrane benefit the proliferation of osteoblast.
