Results: Pre-albumin, serum creatinine, upper arm circumference, difference between the two groups on the first and fourth days of admission. There was no statistical significance (P > 0.05). After 1 week of treatment, albumin and serum creatinine were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the upper arm circumference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of enteral nutrition therapy, supplemental parenteral nutrition treatment can meet the needs of patients' body, which can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, improve the body immunity and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
