Introduction: Transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR) is a novel treatment option for patients with severe mitral regurgitation (MR) who are at high risk for surgery. While left ventricular (LV) systolic dysfunction is associated with poor outcomes after MV surgeries, its impact on outcomes after TMVR is unknown.
