摘要
•Substitution of Ni for B enriches Fe clusters in Fe83B16Cu1 melt-spun ribbons.•Ni-substitution is beneficial to the nucleation of α-Fe(Ni).•Minor addition of Ni enlarges the annealing temperature range for alloys with low HC.•Nanocrystalline Fe83Ni2B14Cu1 shows high BS of 1.83 T and low HC of 9.2 A/m.
