摘要

•The magnetic response of phonons in InSb/GaSb nano-stripes is reported.•Truncated pyramidal shaped InSb/GaSb nano-stripes are created by strain relaxation.•Magnetic field effect on the nano-stripes is investigated by Raman spectroscopy.•Blue-shift of TO and LO phonon peaks are observed when the magnetic field is applied.
