A novel phase retrieval method in ghost diffraction

We propose a new kind of ghost diffraction scheme to find the phase distribution of the object. By inserting reference screens into the reference path, we can directly obtain the phase of the Fourier-transformed spectrum of the object via the four-step phase-shifting method so that both the amplitude and the phase of the object can be easily retrieved. Realistic simulations have been performed to demonstrate experimental feasibility.
