Efficiently degradation of polyacrylamide pollution using a full spectrum Sn3O4 nanosheet/Ni foam heterostructure photoelectrocatalyst

•A Sn3O4 nanosheet/Ni foam photoelectrocatalyst was synthesized with efficiency degradation rate for the polyacrylamide.•The Sn3O4 nanosheet/Ni foam heterostructure can extend the absorption range to 725 nm.•The Sn3O4 nanosheet/Ni foam heterostructure shows a low transmission resistance at the catalyst/electrolyte surface.
