摘要

•Novel water-soluble FCO-ADH-HA with tunable sizes and high NIR absorption was successfully synthesized for the first time.•The structure, composition and properties of the material were systematically investigated.•The novel material showed high drug load capacity and excellent cancer targeted chem-photothermal performance.
