An On-Line Transmission Calculation Method Based On Multi-Section Power Flow Control

Propose an on-line transmission calculation method based on multi-section power flow control, the algorithm adopts an continuation power flow(CPF) method with improved parameterization and considers the stability constraints such as transient stability, static security constraints and small disturbance stability. In the field of on-line transmission limit calculation, a practical scheme is put forward. The method is applied to IEEE39 nodes and successfully tracked the critical voltage and the limit power of the system, which shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.
