Combination of CuS and g-C3N4 QDs on upconversion nanoparticles for targeted photothermal and photodynamic cancer therapy

摘要
•CuS nanoparticles and g-C3N4 QDs endow the nanoplatform with tumor microenvironment-responsive PTT and PDT functions.•The targeting agent FA allows the nanoplatform to specifically act on cancer cells and has no damage to healthy tissues.•808 nm NIR excitation light does not cause overheating of tissues compared to 980 nm NIR light.•The doping of rare earth ions makes the nanoplatform have triple UCL, CT, and MRI imaging.
