摘要
The diffusion and drift of sodium ions in monocrystalline silicon solar module affected by PID under different conditions are studied. By establishing the model, the diffusion and drift of sodium ions are calculated. The result proves that the drift plays a leading role in the movement of sodium ions in mono-crystalline silicon solar cells under different conditions. The drift time of sodium ions migrate into solar cell with stacking faults is merely 200 hours. The results provide the basis for analyze the mechanism of PID.
