First-principle study on honeycomb fluorated-InTe monolayer with large Rashba spin splitting and direct bandgap

摘要
•InTeF monolayer with large Rashba spin splitting and direct bandgap was predicted.•External tensile strain can effectively tune the direct bandgap from 0.79 eV to 1.67 eV.•The band spin-splitting of InTeF can be well preserved under the influence of substrates.
