Interpretation of no radio pulsar inside supernova 1987A: The high plasma cut-off frequency by the remnant media

•The pulsar radio emission in supernova 1987A is blocked by the remnant plasma.•The plasma cut-off frequency in the remnant is about 33 GHz at present.•The pulsar will be detected at 1.4 GHz as the decrease of the plasma density.
