摘要
Cu2SnZnSe4 (CZTSe) solar cells prepared by electrodeposition method always suffer from the inhomogeneous element distribution and the incorporation of impurity irons and thus suppressing the performance of solar cells, which is generally accepted to be related to the poor morphology of Cu/Sn/Zn metal precursor. We have introduced the method of pulse current electrodeposition and taken a systematic research of the effects of pulse parameters on the morphology of metal films. As a result, the influence mechanism of pulse parameters is summarized, and a refined electrodeposition process with enhanced process window is proposed.
