摘要
•The global spectral classification map of the Moon is given by unsupervised classification methods under unified criteria.•The lunar spectra is divided into 66 classes with 7 spectral groups.•Each average spectrum of groups shows spectral type of majority materials in the group.•The differences between average spectra of classes show influence of material mixing horizontally or vertically.•Locations of some classes suggest existing of hidden nonfinding basalts under subsurface such as cryptomare and dike.
