Hybrid thermoresponsive graft constructs of fungal polysaccharide β-glucan: Physico-chemical and immunomodulatory properties

•Thermoresponsive biodegradable hybrid peptidoglycan-like polymers were prepared.•Polymers showed an easy adjustment of cloud point temperature by the graft length.•All polymers demonstrated non-toxic behaviour in vitro.•Immunomodulatory properties are not declined by polyoxazoline grafting of β-glucan.•Polymer immunomodulatory properties are not influenced by the graft length.
