"Off-Pump" Complete Arterial Revascularization In A Patient With Dextrocardia: A Case Report

Dextrocardia is a rare congenital cardiac anomaly. Although the incidence of coronary disease is similar to the general population, there are few cases documented in the literature. The anatomical arrangement in this anomaly constitutes a challenge when planning the surgical technique and the grafts to be used, as described in the cases presented. The case is presented of a 73 year-old male patient with coronary artery disease, who underwent a complete "off-pump" arterial revascularisation with no major changes in the usual technique.
