Shared decision making in the treatment of stage I non small cell lung cancer—a choice which should equally involve both sides
ANNALS OF TRANSLATIONAL MEDICINE(2017)
摘要
Lung cancer is one of the primary causes of cancer related deaths in the world, among which non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has the highest incidence (1). Lobectomy with mediastinal lymph node dissection or sampling provides 50% of 5-year overall survival (OS) in these cases (2).
