Pre-Transplant Delayed Gastric Emptying Does Not Correlate with Incidence of Acute Rejection or Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome After Lung Transplantation
The Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation(2017)
摘要
Lung transplant recipients are at risk for developing gastroparesis. Gastroparesis is postulated to increase risk of rejection due to inconsistent levels of immunosuppression and increased risk of aspiration. There have been few studies evaluating the relationship between pre-transplant delayed gastric emptying (DGE) and allograft rejection. Therefore, we evaluated patients with pre-transplant nuclear gastric emptying studies (NGE) to assess the relationship between DGE and both acute rejection (AR) and bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS).
