Efficient one-pot method for the synthesis of bis-propargylamines by the reaction of terminal acetylenes with 1,5,3-dioxazepanes catalyzed by cоpper chloride

An efficient method for the synthesis of N-substituted bis-propargylamines and bis(alkadiynyl)amines was developed. The method consists of the CuCl-catalyzed aminomethylation of terminal acetylenes and α,ω-diacetylenes with N-substituted 1,5,3-dioxazepanes.
