Lymph node‐positive prostate cancer—From middle child to the new frontier

Retrospective data suggest that aggressive treatment can lead to long-term survival in patients who have lymph node-positive prostate cancer. This is an understudied group of patients, and prospective clinical trials are needed. See also pages 512-20.
