The Error Analysis of the Fold Mirror's Assembling Position in Infrared Opto-mechanical System

It's hard to measure the folding angle and the optical distance of a catadioptric system in infrared range. This paper establishes a calculation model of catadioptric light path, and analyzes the effect of the mirror's assembly position change on the optical system, discusses the error of the mirrors and finds the main influence factor for the folding angle and the optical distance. At last, a program to adjust the mirrors is proposed.
