Urinary toxicokinetics of di-(isononyl)-cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate (DINCH(®)) in humans following single oral administration.

•DINCH® at a dose of 1mg/kg b.w. is almost completely bioavailable in humans.•No significant sex differences between males and females were observed.•Only small amounts of unconjugated metabolites were observed.•Enterohepatic circulations of the conjugated metabolites may explain oscillating times courses`.
