摘要

•Ventricular tachycardia (VT) was refractory to radiofrequency catheter ablation in patients with LMNA-related cardiomyopathy.•VTs had multiple exits around the basal ventricular septum electrophysiologically.•VT substrate existed in the deep basal ventricular septum histopathologically.•LMNA-related cardiomyopathy complicated with VT resulted in poor prognosis.
