An Evaluation Method for Technical Condition of Ground-Based TT&C Network

Tracking, Telemetry and Command (TT&C) resources is the foundation of spacecraft in-orbit management and space information support, the evaluation of TT&C network plays an important role for spaceflight mission at preparation stage. For the technical condition evaluation of ground-based TT&C network, data set composed of TT&C equipment’s technical parameters is collected, and an evaluation model based on generalized radial basis function network is proposed, then the weights of TT&C equipment as TT&C network component are given by applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the simulation results shows that TT&C equipment evaluation error is less than 10%, and it is found that this method is an effective way to evaluate the whole TT&C network’s technical condition.
