摘要
•“Thermal treatment + dry AD” of swine manure was firstly proposed at 23.6% solid content.•VS removal rate and methane production rate reached 71.4% and 416.0 mL CH4/g VS respectively.•Thermal treatment increased methane production rate of dry AD by 390%.•Acetoclastic methanogens were not detected, hydrogenotrophic methanogens predominated.•Microbial community of dry AD of thermally treated swine manure was firstly revealed.
