Enteroarticular Fistula Following Antibiotic Spacer Placement for a Periprosthetic Joint Infection in a Patient with Chronic Pelvic Discontinuity: A Case Report.

An enteroarticular fistula following total hip arthroplasty is a rare and serious complication. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case that occurred in the setting of an antibiotic spacer. A multidisciplinary team approach is essential for achieving clinical success.
