Performance enhancement of perovskite solar cell on AZO substrate via atomic layer deposited TiO2 layer

摘要
In this study, TiO 2 thin film is prepared between the aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) substrate and SnO 2 electron transfer layer by low temperature atomic layer deposition (ALD). Perovskite solar cell (PSC)is fabricated with the device of AZO/TiO 2 /SnO 2 /FA 0.7 MA 0.2 PbCs 0.1 Br 0.67 I 2.33 /Sprio-OMeTAD/Au. Results show that, with the introduction of TiO 2 thin film, the stacked electron transfer layer (TiO 2 /SnO 2 ) exhibits more better transmittance of light and charges extraction ability that lead to increase of the short circuit current density (J sc ).
