Performance enhancement of perovskite solar cell on AZO substrate via atomic layer deposited TiO2 layer

In this study, TiO
2
thin film is prepared between the aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) substrate and SnO
2
electron transfer layer by low temperature atomic layer deposition (ALD). Perovskite solar cell (PSC)is fabricated with the device of AZO/TiO

/SnO

thin film, the stacked electron transfer layer (TiO
