Rationale: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), the hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome, is the most common cause of elevated liver enzymes in developed countries. The aim of this study is to evaluate caffeine intake and biochemical parameters in NAFLD.
