摘要

•There were three genotype of DENV-1 circulated in Guangdong.•The observed epidemiologic dynamics are correlated with similar fluctuations in diversity.•Evidence of recombinant event was found in DENV-1.•Selection pressures were estimated and revealed an abundance of negatively selected sites and sparse positively selected sites.
