Health-related quality of life and utility scores of patients with breast neoplasms in China: A multicenter cross-sectional survey.

•First study to elicit utility scores of patients with precancer and breast cancer from a large Chinese sample.•Quality of life of breast cancer is worse than precancer, and utility scores of breast cancer decreased with higher stage.•Anxiety/depression and pain/discomfort were the two most deteriorated domains.•Lower socio-economic status, treatment regime and the stage of treatment impair utility scores for breast cancer patients.
