摘要

•Much amount of manganese ions are wasted during the synthesis of graphene oxide.•Mn3O4 particles were deposited on graphene using manganese ion wastes without any additive.•Organic solar cell using Mn3O4 and graphene composite shows comparable power conversion efficiency with PEDOT:PSS.
