摘要
Background: No Evidence of Disease Activity (NEDA) has become a new outcome measure in multiple sclerosis (MS). We previously reported that serum Sema4A was increased in approximately 30% of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients, and those who have high serum sema4A tended to have high EDSS score and didn’t respond well to interferon-β (IFN-β) therapy.
