摘要
A 37-year-old woman presented with a painless left inguinal mass. There was no medical history except for a paternal aunt carrying a BRCA mutation. Inguinal ultrasonography revealed a heterogeneous, hypoechoic adenopathy of 3 centimeters in diameter. Fine needle aspiration demonstrated clusters of spindle cells with mild anisonucleosis, elongated nuclei, small nucleoli and hemosiderin granules (Figure 1A-B). Immunohistochemistry could not be performed due to lack of material. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
