摘要
A 75-year-old male presented with painless hematuria for 1 month. Voided urine sample processed by conventional centrifugation and smears were stained with MGG and PAP stains. Smears showed numerous papillaroid clusters of tumor cells without a fibrovascular core, exhibiting high N:C ratio, nuclear membrane irregularity, dense chromatin, and a clear background.
