ST-segment elevation and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging findings in myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries

•CMR was performed in 292 MINOCA patients in 3 countries to provide insight into mechanisms of MINOCA related to ECG findings.•ST elevation on the presenting ECG was present in 57 (20%).•CMR findings included infarction (19%), myocarditis (13%), takotsubo syndrome (14%).•CMR findings were not different between those MINOCA patients with vs. without ST elevation.
