Decision making framework for emergency response preparedness: A supply chain resilience approach

In this paper, we propose the design of a supply chain framework for a multi-stage network design in the domain of disaster relief supply chains, providing a methodological approach to guide decision-makers in designing resilient humanitarian responses. The proposed approach has been designed to be extendable and applicable to any country in Asia. In particular, we highlight a case study of Country A ¹ , one of the world's most disaster prone countries, to show the applicability of this framework.
