Vaccine-induced modulation of gene expression in turbot peritoneal cells. A microarray approach.

•Gene expression in turbot peritoneal cells after vaccination with four adjuvants is shown.•A microarray enriched in immune, cytoskeleton or cell adhesion-related genes was used.•Genes related to cytoskeleton, cell adhesion and apoptosis were highly regulated.•Genes associated with lymphocytes were downregulated.•Several genes that participate in resolution of inflammation were upregulated.
